Super Eagles striker, Odion Ighalo, on Tuesday evening scored the 8th goal in his last five appearnces across all competitions for Al Hilal SFC npflupdates exclusively reports.
   The former Watford FC player was on target away from home when Al Hilal exchanged tackles with Al Fateh. The fixture is a quarter-final match of the Saudi King’s cup.
Ighalo with just six minutes to stoppage time, fired from close range to ensure Al Hilal enjoyed a comfortable win. The goal was his 8th goal in his last five outing for the former Saudi Premier League Champions.

Ighalo, 33, according to his recent form in scoring goal have defied all the setbacks of old age in football. Most Footballers will hang their boot once they attain 30 years. Some will move to a less competitive league, that’s certainly not for Odion Ighalo.
Last month, the former Shanghai Shenhua forward, helped Al Hilal reach it’s first FIFA Club World Cup final in almost three decades. They’d go on to lose the title to European Champions, Real Madrid.
Whether Ighalo will make the squad for the double-header fixture against Guinea-Bissau on 24 and 27 March remains a doubt. Super Eagles Coach, Jose Peseiro already have his eyes on Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and Terem Moffi as first choice strikers.
I honestly feel Ighalo can hold his own in a decent the in one of Europe’s top 5 leagues at the moment.
