Nigeria will come up against Cameroon at the Stade Felix Houphouët Boigny on Saturday for a Round of 16 fixture. Elizabeth, who has on several occasions canvassed support for the Super Eagles(and other Nigerian footballers) expressed fear Nigeria may not survive the Indomitable Lions.
Why Cameroon will end Super Eagles charge for a fourth AFCON title
Speaking to NPFLUpdates, the religious leader revealed she had dreamt about the elimination of the Super Eagles by Cameroon.
“I feel disturbed Nigeria may never get past the Cameroonians. This I saw in a dream, but it looked more real; I’ve never felt like this before after a dream,” she said.
“Saturday maybe the end of the road for a fourth title, expect in a case of divine intervention.”
In a related development, Super Eagles head coach José Peseiro, said forward Victor Osimhen will end two-match goal-drought against Cameroon on Saturday.
Osimhen despite having clear goal-scoring opportunities in his last two matches, failed to convert any. And that, has left many supporters puzzled as to why his chances aren’t getting converted into goals.

“For our next match, Osimhen will score; he’s important for the team. He’s the top scorer, but this is a different tournament and tough competition,” Peseiro was quoted by Soccernet Nigeria.
“He deserves to reach the top position because against Equatorial Guinea, he created so many chances and he scored. Did Equatorial Guinea beat us? No, we shared the point, and I know we will beat them next time because it’s not easy in this competition,” the former Sporting CP gaffer added.
