Cardiff Midfielder Seyi Ojo has once again reiterated his intentions of representing Nigeria in international football NPFLUpdates reports.
He has featured for the Young Lions of England at different youth levels. He has featured at the U-16, U-17, U-19 and even under U-21.
Ojo born in Hemel England to Nigerian parents of Yoruba extraction is eligible to represent Nigeria through his parents.
And few years ago when he was still contracted with Liverpool, made public his intentions of playing for Nigeria.

“I’ve made it known that I am willing to switch allegiance to Nigeria. I’ll be glad if I am called up because just like Joe Aribo I also want to play for #Nigeria at senior level,” he said on Twitter
However, four years after his public outcry nothing has been heard from the Nigeria Football Federation in that regards.
Gernot Rohr would’ve been the coach to make Ojo’s expression a reality but was eventually sacked before last AFCON.
Seyi Ojo was part of the England squad that won the FIFA U-20 World Cup title in 2017.
If he switched sides to Nigeria, he will surely be an asset considering his experiences.
