Why Gift Orban should be invited to the Super Eagles:
According to the former Shakhtar Donetsk forward, Orban already has the records and would be an asset.
“He should be called to any of the national teams because he has the record already,” Julius Aghaghowa said on Sports Machine on Brila FM Thursday.
“If he is doing it over there, then I don’t see any reason why he shouldn’t be called to the national team at least for the U-20.”
“He should be invited so that he can beef up the national team,” he continued.
“we have the national team that is being assembled at the moment so he should join them.
“He is a great asset to have in the national team,” he concluded.
In November 2021, Orban 18, was discovered by Stabaek’s scouts, Torgeir Bjarmann and Thomas Finstad. Then he was playing in Nigeria during a showcase tournament arranged by football agent, Atta Aneke.
