Flying Eagles defender Benjamin Fredrick is nearing a lucrative move to Europe after a successful AFCON U-20 tournament npflupdates reports.
Born on May 28, 2005, Frederick was one of the high performing Nigeria players in Egypt.
The former ABS FC defender featured in four matches for the Isah Ladan Bosso team.
He was in the heart of the Flying Eagles defense, at the AFCON tournament in Egypt. Nigeria conceded just two goals in Sox matches.
At AFCON U-20 in Egypt Nigeria won Bronze medal, is not the first outing for Frederick in the national colours.

Last year, he was part of the national team that won the WAFU B championship in Niger Republic. His performances at the West African tournament masterminded his inclusion into the squad for AFCON U-20.
According to reports by Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano, the teenager is attracting lucrative interest from top European clubs.
It was revealed the 17-year-old is being monitored by former Belgian Jupiler Pro League Champions, Anderlecht. Also, former Danish Champions, FC Midtjylland is also interested in securing the services of the sensation.
What Fabrizio said about Flying Eagles’ Benjamin:
“Nigeria 17-year-old defender, Benjamin Fredrick is now attracting interest around Europe as Anderlecht, RB Leipzig and Midtjylland are tracking him,” Fabrizio Romano said in a tweet Thursday evening.
A move to RB Leipzig, will have the sensation compete with football heavyweights in Sadio Mane and Karim Adeyemi for the German Bundesliga title.
The Center-back sensation, just last year signed for Nassarawa United from ABS. He made two appearances for the club before going to the national team camp.
Few weeks ago, a top football agency, CAA Base announced through its media outlet that they now represent the defender.
Frederick is expected to be in the provisional squad list to be submitted to FIFA on or before April 10.
