Super Falcons playmaker, Adekite Faguda-Dada, has made a lucrative move from Watford FC to Milton Keynes Dons npflupdates.com reports.

Born in 1996, in London, England to Nigerian parents, Adekite is eligible to represent both England and Nigeria. She as teenager represented England in age-grade football, before later accepting to play for Nigeria.
Initially, the Super Falcons player wasn’t convinced of choosing football as a career. But was later convinced by her uncle who highlighted that she’s gifted. Adekite had gone for trials where she was scouted and signed by Watford FC.
The Nigerian made 113 appearances across eight seasons for the Hornets. And has now decided to face a other challenge elsewhere.
Head coach of Milton Keynes Dons women, Charlie Bill stated he is looking forward to working with the Nigerian.

“Ade is another fantastic signing, which signifies the final piece being added to our squad for the 2023/24 season,” Bill said to the media.
“As soon as we caught wind that Ade was moving on from Watford, we were immediately attracted to the idea of providing an environment for her to continue to flourish. And I can’t wait to work with her this season,” he added.

According to sources in England, adekiyhas already been registered by MK Dons for the 2023/2024 season.
Also in a related development, Super Falcons Ashleigh Plumptre has made a big-money move to Saudi Arabia’s Al Ittihad. The Nigerian international, joined the Saudi women after leaving Leicester City’s women last season.
Ashleigh was with the Super Falcons at the 2023 FIFA women’s world cup tournament in Australia and New Zealand. She featured in all the matches Nigeria played, before they were shockingly knocked out by England in the round-16.
Reacting to the announcement video released on Tuesday by Al-Ittihad Ladies on X, formerly Twitter, Ashleigh wrote,
“Grateful to have signed for Al-Ittihad. Excited to start this journey alongside some incredible human beings. My journey of stepping into more of myself continues. It’s more than football.”
And in an interview with the club’s media, Ashleigh, revealed she joined Al Ittihad because of opportunities she’s going to experience.
“Football for me is about connecting not only with myself but with people around me. whether my teammates or staff,” she said.
“Everything I have done in my career so far is about doing something bigger than myself.
“I joined Al Ittihad because of new opportunities on and off the pitch. I’m not here with any expectations; I’m here to be myself.”
Speaking further, the Super Falcons defender, stated she’s hoping to learn and utilize opportunities in her new environment.
