Taribo West Prophesy Unconditional Breakthrough For Struggling Super Eagles Player

Popular Nigerian pastor and a former Super Eagles defender, Taribo West has thrown his weight behind struggling winger Samuel Chukwueze npflupdates.com reports.

Taribo West in a recent interview, opined that the Super Eagles winger made a tight choice by moving to AC Milan. Winger Samuel Chukwueze last August completed a transfer to AC Milan from Spanish outfit Villarreal CF

And has since his move to the former Italian Serie A champions, the Nigerian dribble-king has failed to score in a league game. His only goal for the club who included his name in the 2023/2024 UEFA Champions League squad list, was in a Copa Italia match earlier this season.

Seemed to be playing under pressure, Chukwueze failed to capitalize on some goal-scoring chances presented to him when Milan travelled to the Signal Iduna Park last Tuesday to play Borussia Dortmund; in a UEFA Champions League Matchday two.

Speaking about the lack of goal-scoring form of the Nigerian, Mr. Taribo West said it’s a wise decision.

“I think he made one of his best career choices by going to Milan,” West told ESPN.

“We will see the best of Chukwueze in Milan.”

Speaking further, the former AC Milan defender, confessed that Milan has what it takes to get the best out of Chukwueze.

“I believe it is the best for him because Milan is a club that will give him the atmosphere and grounds to bring out his best abilities,” the former Auxerre defender continued.

“They have the structures to take a player to a different level… especially for a young player who really wants to make it,” he added.

Meanwhile Samuel Chukwueze is expected to be in the Starting XI when the Super Eagles take on Asian giants Saudi Arabia in an international friendly later this month.
