Flying Eagles‘ head coach, Isah Ladan Bosso has warned teams against seeing his squad as a pushover at the FIFA U-20 W’Cup.
Flying Eagles will return to World Cup action against Argentina in a Round of 16 clash. And that fixture is the next after the national failed woefully against Brazil in their last Group D game.
Brazil defeated Nigeria 2-0 to go top of the Group. And Nigeria, a former group leader dropped to third place position. However, the Eagles qualified as best losers, and will take on Argentina on Wednesday, 31 May, 2023.
And several reports are not giving the Flying Eagles a chance against the host nation. Argentina, emerged their group champions after amassing highest point on their group.
And a win against Nigeria today will take the host to the next round of the competition. But, Ladan Bosso is optimistic that his side have what it takes to beat Argentina. And even go all the way to win the title.
Speaking in a pre-match press conference, Bosso stated that it’s not good to under estimate any team.

According to the tactician, Nigeria won two of its group games, and had same points as Brazil. So, it will be bad and disastrous for any team to see Nigeria as a pushover.
