Super Eagles combative midfielder Afeez Aremu is looking towards a return to the Nigeria Premier Football League NPFL, npflupdates.com reports.
Afeez Aremu will be expecting to rejoin his former Kwara United club after his contract was mutually terminated by Greek club Panetolikos.
Aremu left Nigeria for Greece during the winter transfer window in January 2023. And has struggled to make an impact at his new club; finding it very difficult to settle to life in Greece.
According to a Wikipedia report, Afeez Nosiru just featured two times to the Greek outfit.
And after spending a couple of months Panetolikos decided to terminate his contract.
Also in a bid for greener pastures, Nosiru was speculated to have joined an undisclosed Serbian outfit. He spent a couple of weeks at the club, but wasn’t recruited after his trial had ended.
