The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) releases the list of players invited for the Super Eagles international friendlies against Ghana and Mali; npflupdates.com reports.
The NFF invited twenty-six players for the March international friendly games against Ghana and Mali.

Osho was born in Reading, England, to Nigerian parents. So, as much he’s eligible to represent Nigeria, he’s also eligible to represent the Three Lions of England.
But it seems the defender who hasn’t represented England at any level, has made the choice of choosing the Super Eagles.
Osho is the latest player of dual nationality to have his allegiance to the Super Eagles, with the likes of Ademola Lookman, Ola Aina, Joe Aribo and China Akpom, Kevin Akpoguma all pitching their tents with the three-time African champions.

Recall the NFF threw open the vacant Super Eagles and Golden Eaglets coaching open so that qualified candidates can submit their CV for review.
According to the 62-year-old, he has the final experience needed in the job, and can perform wonders if given the chance by the NFF.
“I’ve won the Nations Cup as a player, and I have won it as an assistant coach to Keshi, the record is there. It is not easy. It’s not by luck or mathematics, it’s by knowledge.

“The team we went to South Africa with, you can’t compare them with these boys. We went there with home-based boys, playing in the Nigerian league. it was only Mikel (Obi), even Mikel wasn’t a regular player in Chelsea then when he came with us. Then Emenike, and I think Musa too.
“We had only about only one year with the boys then, but this team has spent over 2 years together. We have players that can win the World Cup,” Okpala was quoted by PUNCH Nigeria.
“I’m very good at reading games, and that gives me an advantage too,” he added.
