Bosso and his Flying Eagles team started camping in Abuja earlier this year, same as his counterparts Christopher Musa Danjuma and his Falconets squad.

The renowned tactician selected team captain Daniel Bameyi, defender Haruna Aliyu and goalkeeper Nathaniel Nwosu for the outing.
Expectedly in the team is combative midfielder, Daniel Daga, and offensive playmaker Favour Izuogu.

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria is placed in Group B alongside Uganda, South Sudan, Senegal, and Tunisia for the men’s football event, commencing on Thursday.
The Nigeria contingent is scheduled to depart from Abuja on Tuesday, with its matches set to be held at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium in Legon.
In Group A, Ghana, Congo, Benin Republic, and The Gambia will compete, with matches taking place at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Recall, the Flying Eagles(U-20) emerged as runners-up in the men’s football event at the 12th African Games held in Rabat, Morocco, in October 2019, after narrowly losing to Burkina Faso in the final.
