Super Eagles winger Moses Simon signs a lucrative contract extension with a top French Ligue 1 outfit FC Nantes npflupdates.com reports.
Moses after agreeing to terms and conditions with the hierarchy of Nantes inked an improved contract that will see him stay at the club until the summer of 2026.

Confirming the deal, FC Nantes through its Official website disclosed that the former Ajax Youth teammer has made a name for himself since joining the club in 2019.
According to stats available at the club’s website, the speedster recorded over 140 elite football matches for the Canaries.

“He has made a name for himself on the pitches of Ligue 1 Uber Eats, since his arrival at Maison Jaune in the summer of 2019,” club’s official statement read.
“Moses Simon (28 years old), now has more than 140 matches in elite football French (25 goals, 27 assists) and continues, match after match, to scare opposing defenses.”
Speaking to the media after signing the contract extension, the 28-year-old expressed satisfaction. And also promised to continue doing his best so he can help the team make more exploits after helping it win a French Cup.
“I am delighted to continue the adventure here and very happy to stay in Nantes! I am ready to continue fighting to help the team go as high as possible. What is certain is that this extension of contract is a real proof of confidence in the Club, as well as in the team,” the dribble-king said.

In another story, Moses is expected to make the Super Eagles final 27-man squad that will execute the 2023 African Cup Of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Cote d’Ivoire.
Nigeria is seeded in Group A alongside host nation Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea and AFCON qualifier opponent Guinea-Bissau.
