Osimhen To Sign New Highly Improved Deal At Napoli – Romano

Highly sought-after, striker Victor Osimhen is set to sign an improved contract that will further extend his stay at the Diego Maradona Stadium until summer of 2026 npflupdates.com reports.

Osimhen, few months ago was linked with a move away from Napoli, with Saudi Arabian outfit Al Hilal willing to pay to the tune of €110M for the striker.

But football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano via a post on his X (formerly Twitter) handle, confirmed that the Nigeria will be commuting further to the Italian club.

According to the Italian journalist, Osimhen and Napoli has reached an agreement, as the former Golden Eaglets forward is expected to sign an extension before Christmas day.

“The agreement between Napoli and Victor Osimhen on new deal is 100% done and confirmed,” Fabrizio wrote.

“It will be sealed before Christmas, it’s imminent,” he continued.

Based on what was obtainable, the contract will further keep the former Olympique Lille forward at the Diego Maradona Stadium until 2026. Also, the deal will see the Nigerian forward enjoy a huge  salary increase with a new release clause.
