Super Eagles bullish forward Emmanuel Dennis is on the verge of a return to the English football after few years abroad npflupdates.com reports.
Dennis is currently on loan at a Turkish outfit Istanbul Basaksehir from English Premier League’s Nottingham Forest.

At Istanbul Basaksehir so far this season, the 26-year-old has featured in over eight games with no single goal contributions (no goal nor an assist).
The former Club Brugge forward, before joining Istanbul last year, scored a total of ten goals for Nottingham Forest. He’s yet to convince the hierarchy of Istanbul, and now is on the verge of returning to his former club Watford FC.
What transfer expert said about Emmanuel Dennis
According to Italian journalist and transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the lethal goalscorer could head back to Watford.
“Understand Watford have agreed on deal to sign Emmanuel Dennis from Istanbul Basaksehir!,” Romano wrote on X handle.
“Surprise return agreed on loan until June as he accepted to take 70% pay cut to return and help Watford.”
In another post, Fabrizio confirmed that Emmanuel is willing to take a 70% Pay-cut to see the deal materialize.

Full details of the deal wasn’t made public at the time of this report, but it was clear that the teenager signed a two-year contract.
