Enyimba Football Club will be hoping to win it’s first Silverware of the season with a victory over an amateur side Ahudiya Football Club.
On Sunday by 4pm, the former NPFL Champions will welcome Ahudiya FC at the Enyimba International Stadium for the finals of the Abia State FA Cup.
And Enyimba Coach, Finidi George has told his boys to fix their gaze on the prize. The former Ajax winger, advised his team go all out and win it’s first silverware.
Meanwhile, Enyimba as the defending champion of the State’s FA Cup, will hope to defend its title. A win for the former NPFL champions will earn Finidi George his second silverware as the club’s head coach.

Ahudiya FC, paraded the youngest players in the annual tournament. And according to one of its coaching staff, the club is battle-ready. The club is eagerly waiting to pull a drama against the former CAF Champions League winners.
“The boys are ready. It won’t be easy for them but they can pull a drama. Their opponent, Enyimba is far ahead of them in terms of qualities and experience, but we have a chance. Football is a game of chance,” he said.
Reports out of Abia State confirmed that the mouthwatering fixture which will have a dignitary like the Abia State governor His Excellency Okezie Ikpeazu in attendance.
The match will be aired live on the State owned media outfit.
