The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), have denied speculations that former Super Eagles goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama is part of the national team for the 2023 AFCON npflupdates.com reports.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has said it’s a false narrative that Enyeama will be teaming up with the Super Eagles.

Speculations spread last week that the former Olympique Lille shot-stopper will join the national team. And that was after, the former Maccabi Tel Aviv goalkeeper reacted to a post on Super Eagles official Instagram.
Now, the NFF through its Director of communication Ademola Olajire cleared that the football governing body hasn’t offered Enyeama any position.
NFF has no current deal with Vincent Enyeama
According to the football executive, there’s no any official appointment to the former Enyimba FC goalie. But if there’s any, it will be officially made public.
“NFF has not offered Enyeama any role. People should stop the bruiting of this very fake news. It is annoying”, he clarified when asked by OwnGoalNigeria.com.
“If there’s anything like that, there would be a statement from the NFF”, he rounded up saying.
There are calls by Super Eagles fans that Vincent Enyeama be included in the Super Eagles set-up as a goalkeeper coach. As it seems most goalkeepers currently in the national team sees him as their Idol.
