Super Falcons midfielder Ngozi Okobi Okeghene, breaks silence over her exclusion from the national team’s squad for the upcoming FIFA women’s World Cup.
Super Falcons head coach, Randy Waldrum few days ago released the squad list for the FIFA women’s world cup. And shockingly, Okobi who was instrumental for the team’s qualification was excluded.

And her Exclusion has generated a lot of reactions from fans, and her supporters. Interestingly, she thanked her fans who supported her abilities. And also, admitted that it was painful, not make the final squad for the mundial.
According to her statement, she’s always underestimated by people she works with.

“The more tag notifications I get on my phone the more I keep crying . What a show of love, I know am always underrated by the people I work with, I never knew my fans, family and love once still believe in me. Thank you all
It’s broken to be left out but what can I do, NOTHING,” she wrote on her official Twitter handle.
Meanwhile, a fan of the dribble-queen identifiable as Sunlex told npflupdates correspondent that he is willing to work against the Super Falcons if Okobi isn’t invited
“Remember she was not included on the list of last awcon only for one player to get injury which lead to her invitation,” Sunlex said.
“And she perform really well and even gave us the goal that qualify us.”
Taking his anger to another level, he vowed to invoke the spirit of the gods to fight for justice.
