Interestingly, fans and followers were curious if her absence was due to injury, to which she clarified, stating, “No, I am not [injured]. I am physically sound and healthy.”

Recall, Nigeria’s qualification for the women’s World Cup tournament came as a result of Okobi’s outstanding performance at the AWCON quarter-final match in Morocco.
