S’African Agents Storm Nigeria Football Market

Football agents from South Africa are on verge of visiting Nigeria in search of grassroot footballers NPFL Updates exclusively reports.

Star Quality Sports Agency, an amateur football agency based in Durban, South Africa, will be visiting Nigeria next month.

In a chat Tuesday evening with a representative of the institution, Simphiwe Mkhize, we gathered grassroot players will be scouted.

South African football Agent arrive Nigeria for scouting:

“We’re a registered company that provide opportunities for amateur but talented players to get scouted. And develop to their fumm potentials,” he said when asked about the authenticity of the agency.

According to Mkhize, the agency wants to give talented Nigerians the opportunity and level playing field to thrive and develop.

“We know Nigeria is filled with great talents, that is why we want to visit,” he said.

“Speculations revealed that most grassroot footballers with great talents waste due to avoidable hitches.”

“A lot has been said about Nigeria Premier Football League, it’s officials and participating clubs. Let’s not go into that. We will give these boys what they couldn’t get from their own.”

Deeper into the conversation, the football agents, disclosed that the traveling logistics of exceptional players will be taken care of.

Amateurs are not supposed to pay any dime to be scouted and given an opportunity.

“The traveling logistics of exceptional players will be taken of by the agency. Players are not supposed to pay any dime to the agency,” he continued.

“The boys even as a player in the second or third division will earn between $1,000-$500. Match winning bonuses will be added before payment is made.

“We’ve been doing this over the years, we’re not stopping anytime soon.”

The next trial which will have scouts from Portugal in attendance will hold next month.

“Our next trial exercise will hold next month. Two scouts from Portugal will be in attendance; our scouts will soon arrive Nigeria.”
