Super Eagles Sunday Oliseh charged to return to active coaching
“C’Mon coach, our Super Eagles is in dire need of a coach; please come and save us. You don’t belong to the farm at this point, you belong to the locker room,” he said.
“If you can, please come redeem the Eagles, for goodness sake we have qualifiers lines up.”
Recall Oliseh had resigned his role as Super Eagles head coach in 2016/2017. At that time he cited non-fulfilment of agreement by the NFF (owing of players and staff salaries and bonuses.)
Interestingly, sometime last year, he agreed to coach the national team again. But that will be when things change and are done the normal way without breaches.
The last time Sunday Oliseh was in active coaching was about two years ago. And that was when he had a spell at Straelen in the German fourth tier division.
