Super Falcons FIFA women’s world cup Star Ifeoma Onumonu has opened up on the decay in the national team npflupdates.com reports.
According to the forward, there’s a lot of decay in the national team. And those decays has eaten deep into the set-up,and needs to be addressed.

Sadly, in her statement to the Guardian Observer, England’s (Lionesses) have access to world class facilities. And it helped the team a lot going into the FIFA women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
Also, she cried over the lack of access to such standard facilities by the Super Falcons. Sadly, it was so bad that they(players) sometimes have to share sleeping beds.

“I’ve seen what(resources) England have access to,” she told Guardian Observer.
“In Nigeria we don’t have access to much. Our training fields aren’t great. Where we sleep isn’t great. Sometimes, we share beds, it’s not good enough.
“In terms of recovery, we don’t have much of any of that. We don’t have access to a gym in camp in Nigeria.”
Speaking further, the America-based player suggested that now is the time for people to start speaking up. According to her, lack of proper preparation had a lot of negative impact on the players. In her words, the players’ only motivation is the fact that they are playing for the national team. And of course, they enjoy and love what they are doing.

“There’s a lot that needs to be done,” she continued.
“Hopefully more people start to talk about it. Coming here it’s hard to adjust. We do what we can because we love playing for our country.
“But hopefully they make it easier for us to do our best.”
