Flying Eagles head coach, Isah Ladan Bosso, reopens Flying Eagles national camp this week ahead of the upcoming FIFA U-20 world cup tournament in Argentina, npflupdates exclusively reports.
Bosso temporarily closed the camp after the team returned from the AFCON U-20 tournament in Egypt.

The Flying Eagles achieved a podium finish by winning a bronze medal at the CAF competition. The national team by reaching the semi-final qualified for the upcoming FIFA U-20 world. But he reopens Flying Eagles Camp this week.
The tournament was scheduled to hold in Indonesia, but some political reasons propelled FIFA to reschedule to Argentina.
According to Bosso, he reopens the camp so as to enable him make better selection of players than what the ones that traveled to Egypt with him.
Bosso reopens Flying Eagles Camp:
“No doubt about that, we have seen what happened in Egypt, and we know the problem of our team,” Bosso told the Punch in an interview.
“But I want to assure Nigerians that there won’t be any automatic shirt for anybody. The players that went to Egypt will have to fight for their jerseys.
“We knew where we ran short of expectations and we are beaming our searchlight on those areas and players that played below expectations.
“Most of the players that went to Egypt all played and everyone has seen them play, we went there with 21 players and everybody played. We started badly against Senegal, but picked up and we won our last two group matches against Mozambique and Tunisia.”
Speaking further, Bosso appealed to fans of the team to be patient and steadfast, because his team is still ‘work in progress’.
“The Flying Eagles of today is still work in progress ahead of the World Cup. The more matches we play, the better the team becomes,” he added.
Bosso has until April 10 to submit his provisional squad for the W’Cup to FIFA.
