No Boniface For Qualifier Matches – NFF

The Nigeria Football Federation(NFF), has denied claims it invited in-form Union St Gilloise forward Victor Boniface AFCON qualifier matches against Guinea-Bissau, NPFLUpdates exclusively reports.

Speculations spread few days ago that Boniface snubbed a Super Eagles invitation. Because he learnt a flight ticket to Nigeria and back to Belgium wasn’t attached to his invitation.

The PUNCH previously reported that Boniface decided to snub the clarion call intentionally. Because it was alleged his travelling bills will be self-funded, but will be reimbursed later by the NFF.

Boniface is on fire for USG in Belgian Jupiler Pro League. He’s been scoring goals week-in week-out, helping his team challenge for a European glory.
