Flying Eagles head coach Isah Ladan Bosso, remains upbeat that his team has a big dream of winning the 2024 All African Games; npflupdates.com reports.
Bosso was in charge on Thursday evening when the Flying Eagles suffered a shocking 1-2 defeat against the Hippos of Uganda.

The Hippos found the back of the net first few minutes after the half-hour mark through Usama’s strike in the eighteen-yard box. Flying Eagles equalized four minutes after, to restore parity.
The opponents, restored their lead few minutes before the stoppage time; held their positions to go top of the Group B table.
What Bosso said after losing to Uganda
Bosso in his post-match presser however, remains, unperturbed despite the setback and has promised a positive reaction from his players.
“We would have a positive meeting with the players. It is important that they express themselves,” Bosso said after the game.
“Logically, we would have liked to have started (the tournament) in another way, but the players are clear that there are two games ahead that could make so much difference
“Anyone has the possibility of being a starter – am optimistic the players know what they stand to achieve and the task ahead.”
According to the tactician, the team held a meeting and has resolved on how best to improve on their mistakes.
“We talked about football with the group, about how we can improve the mistakes we had and thus move on with a positive mentality,” the 53-year-old continued.

He added, “For every player, being in the national team is a dream, we did not start the way we wanted, but we will continue fighting for that dream that we all have.”
The Flying Eagles will come up against South Sudan in their next Group B game at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday.
