Super Eagles goalkeeper John Noble, reveals the real reason he abandoned the Nigeria Premier Football League NPFL, for a Tanzanian club.
John Noble few days ago was unveiled by Tabora United; a club playing in the Tanzania top-flight division. And the move came as a shock to fans of the Super Eagles and Enyimba goalie. And since after the unveiling, speculations as to what reasons does he have to snub a CAF Champions club to a newly promoted side spread. Some football analysts speculated he moved in search of regular game time after becoming a second choice goalkeeper at Enyimba.
Also, some argued he traveled to seek new challenges in the Tanzanian top-flight league. But the player has said otherwise putting all the speculations to a rest.

“Football is just about money. And knowing fully well that you’re not going to play forever,” he told the media.
“When you’re offered three times your current wages, I think everyone will just joyfully have to make that move. We have families; and we have people looking up to us. And ay the end of the day, they don’t care where you play, but what you achieved.”

Speaking further he said, “I’ve played three years with Enyimba, and it was a fantastic experience with them. When I got the offer, and I looked and compared it with what I was receiving at Enyimba. I told myself I had to go to Tanzania. And see what I can do.”
“Money is the reason why I came here, and time Waits for no man,” he concluded saying.
Noble was instrumental for Enyimba last season, helping the club win its Ninth NPFL titles. And hence, becoming the most successful team in the Nigeria Premier Football League system.
