Telecommunications service providers MTN has secured the exclusive rights to broadcast streaming for the upcoming NPFL 2023/2024 season npflupdates.com reports.

Propel Sports Africa, the main broadcast streaming partners of the Nigeria Premier League, NPFL, announced a deal with MTN Nigeria for exclusive broadcast of the matches on mobile devices on the telecom giant’s network.
The NPFL partners are looking to desirably cover eight games on every matchday for streaming. And this would translate to covering more than 300 games per season.
Basil Kabbani, Chairman of Propel Sports Africa as quoted on the NPFL page on Facebook, said partnership with MTN will yield a good result. Adding that MTN’s enthusiasm for the Nigeria league as it concerns NPFL 2023/2024 season is infectious.
“the engagement with the team at MTN has been amazing. From the Digital Value Added Service (VAS), to the Marketing and Commercial team, their approach has been consistently professional, and their enthusiasm for the NPFL content has been infectious.

The lucrative deal will include in-and-post-game highlights of the NPFL 2023/2024 delivered in real time to MTN subscribers through the NPFL Live OTT platform.
