Real Sociedad forward Umar Sadiq was full of joy following his wonderful strike against Sevilla last Sunday npflupdates.com reports.
Umar Sadiq ended a 448-days goal drought with a thunderous unbelievable more than 25-yards strike against Sevilla on Sunday in a LaLiga match.

The goal was the first goal of former Olympic Eagles forward since after he returned from a cruciate ligament injury he sustained last year.

Speaking after the match, Umar thanked his teammates, team doctors and staff for their support.
“I thank all the people at Real, the physios, the doctors, coaches, teammates, all the people with whom I have worked day after day,” the 26-year-old former AS Roma forward told Marca and was quoted by Daily Post Nigeria.
“This goal is for them. It’s a very important goal for me, I needed it after a year.”
In a related story, Imanol Alguacil, Real Sociedad’s manager reveals how his backroom staff helped Umar return to full fitness.
“We are all helping Sadiq,” stated Alguacil in his post-match address.
“The impact of any conversation with the coach is significant, but we have a sports director, a president, a psychologist, his teammates… The coach has always shown him unconditional support, whether he played or not.”
According to Alguacil Umar’s impact to the team is beyond the stunning goal. He went further to point out the former Almeria forward’s consistent positive contributions whenever he took to the field.
“Every time he has started or come off the bench, he has always had his options and has done things well,” Alguacil affirmed.
