Former Hammarby IF winger Akin Amoo will no longer continue at Cypriot outfit Omonia Nicosia; npflupdates.com reports.
Akin Amoo is now a free agent after mutually terminating his three-year contract with Omonia Nicosia with just seven months into the contract.

Amoo, a former Golden Eaglets winger, had joined Omonia Nicosia last September; signing a three-year contract with the club.
During his time with the Cypriot club, the 21-year-old former FC Copenhagen playmaker made five appearances but however failed to find the back of the net in any of those appearances.
The Super Eagles Invitee before his departure from Denmark got entangled in a legal battle after he was accused of raping a lady.
The Nigerian player had previous stints with Hammarby IF in Sweden and FC Copenhagen in Denmark.
Recall Akin Amoo gained recognition on the international stage after being part of the Nigeria U-17 squad that participated in the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Tanzania.
Also, in the same year, he was also part of the Golden Eaglets team at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Brazil.
In another news, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has denied speculations that it recruited it’s Technical Director Austin Egueavoen as Super Eagles interim coach.
Speculations spread that the NFF has placed Austin as head coach following the exit of José Peseiro. But the NFF has debunked the speculations, saying it’s all false.
“There’s nothing for Eguavoen as far as I know, and, in fact, nobody ever mentioned him in any capacity for the Super Eagles,” a source told The Nationonline.
