Reigning Italian champions SSC Napoli is yet to release a statement or intervene in the recent awful PR between its forward Victor Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia’s agent Mamuka Jugeli npflupdates.com reports.
Mamuka Jugeli, in a recent interview with Georgian media 1Tv, quoted by La Gazzetta dello Sport, explained that while Napoli raised Osimhen’s salary so he could leave the club in the summer, his player Kvara wouldn’t accept such an offer to Saudi Arabia.

The football executive opined that Osimhen accepted an improved contract at Napoli so he can be able to leave in the summer when a willing club comes for his signature.
What happened between Osimhen and Mamuka Jugeli
In his words, “Osimhen has signed a new contract, but do you really believe he will play for Napoli for his entire career? I’ll tell you in advance, he will go to Saudi Arabia next summer. Napoli raised his salary, but Khvicha wouldn’t accept such a transfer even for a billion.”
According to Jugeli, Kvara would rather play at Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Barcelona or Manchester United because he has targets and preferences.
“Napoli have raised his salary, but Kvicha would not accept such a transfer even for €1billion. He’d rather play for Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Barcelona or Manchester City. Kvaratskhelia has different targets and preferences.”
Reacting to the interview, Osimhen, in a post on his Instagram story on Wednesday, identified Jugeli as a “disgrace.”
The winner of the 2023 CAF Player Of The Year (POTY) award, told Mr Mamuka to keep his mouth away from his business and focus on his player.

Osimhen wrote on his Instagram stories:
“Dear Mamuka Jugeli, you are a piece of filth and a disgrace. I’m embarrassed at your sense of reasoning. Dumbf*ck! KEEP MY NAME OUT OF YOUR MOUTH!”
