Galatasary Presents Champions League Offer To Ndidi

Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasary SK, has presented a UEFA Champions League offer to Wilfred Ndidi npflupdates reports.

The future of Super Eagles’ Ndidi remains unknown with several clubs interested in his signature. And a move away from the King Power stadium can be traced to Leicester City’s relegation to the Skybet Championship.

Leicester City failed to remain afloat in the English top flight last season, and as a result has witnessed a mass exodus of top players away from the club. And Wilfred Ndidi who’s contract expires next summer, can be a loss for the Foxes if allowed to leave as a free agent. Hence, the need to sell him to any suitable suitor.

Ndidi has been linked to some top clubs including Scottish Champions Celtic. Celtic’s coach, Brendan Rodgers, according to reports is willing to have the player in his squad having worked with him at Leicester City.

Also, Saudi club, Al Shabab has also declared interest in the Nigerian. According to sources, Al Shabab is willing to tripple his wage of he agrees to their offer.

A report by Punch, Pesindeyiz Galatasaray, on Wednesday, tweeted that the Turkish kings Galatasaray have also joined in the race for the Nigerian combative midfielder.

“Galatasaray are interested in Wilfred Ndidi from Leicester City. Ndidi, who did not want to play in the Championship, announced his decision to leave Leicester City.”

Galatasary will look to fortify it’s midfield ahead of next season, as they prepare to conquer Europe. And a Ndidi, would like to play in the UEFA Champions League, this making the Galatasary move more enticing.

Ndidi is presently in Nigeria for his vacation, after helping the Super Eagles clinch AFCON 2024 ticket.
