Super Eagles Midfielder Afeez Babatunde Nosiru has secured a lucrative move to a Greece Super League outfit Panetolikos FC.
Panetolikos is based in Agrinio, Greece. And it was considered as one of the historical clubs in Greece because it was founded in 1926(97 years ago). And it plays home matches at the Panetolikos Stadium.
The sensational midfielder agreed to terms, did and passed his medicals before signing the lucrative deal.
He joins the Greek club from a Nigeria Premier League Football (NPFL) outfit Kwara United.

At international level, the Youngster has represented the Super Eagles of Nigeria just once.
He was a delight to watch when Nigeria entertained Costa Rica last in an international friendly last year. He dominated the midfield; but couldn’t help Nigeria avoid defeat in America.
And according to a reliable source, Afeez Nosiru in the past have had offers from clubs in Austria.
But the set-piece specialist, opted not to move as he wanted to improve on his qualities. And his confidence and skills playing in the National team and local league.
Afeez Nosiru Never Wanted To Leave The NPFL:
“Nosiru told me he’s had offers from two clubs in the Austrian Bundesliga. But he didn’t want to move because it’s not yet time to do,” the source who pleaded anonymity told NPFLUpdates correspondent in September 2022.
“I thank God he has decided to move on from the NPFL. But honestly speaking, we’re going to miss him and his class here in Nigeria.
“He was a delight to watch,” he added.
The 25-year-old is expected to team up with his colleagues as they look to avoid relegation from the top flight.
Nosiru will employ his qualities to help the club to win its first ever Super League title.
