Super Falcons forward Asisat Oshoala will be continuing her football career in America after she entertained a lucrative move to the NWSL npflupdates.com reports.
Oshoala was part of the Super Falcons team that neat Ethiopia last year as the national women’s team look forward to securing a ticket to the Summer Olympics in Paris this year.

The former Arsenal women’s forward, landed in America earlier today to sign the contract which will see her spend the next two years in America.
At Barcelona where she enjoyed five seasons (2019-23) of good football, Oshoala scored 107 goals in 149 appearances; including a record-setting season in 2022, when she was the joint top scorer in the Spanish Femeni liga with 19 goals.
During her time in Spain, the former Falconets forward, helped Barcelona Femeni win the UEFA Women’s Champions League twice (2020-21, 2022-23).
The Super Falcons playmaker won four Spanish Liga titles, three Spanish Super Cups and the Copa de la Reina three times.
Interestingly, by winning the UEFA Champions League (women’s version), she became the first African woman to the win the covetous prize.
And more interesting, is the fact that the Super Falcons goal-queen is the first African woman to score in the Champions League final. She achieved such feat five years ago, in 2019.
