The former Super Eagles skipper, few minutes after the kick-off, bamboozled opposition defenders to score a wonderful opener. And the goal wasn’t the only eye-catching moment he had in the match; as he kept mesmerising fans and spectators with skills.
Team Ronaldinho’s lead was equalised by Brazilian legend, Rivaldo, after he beat Dida. However, their lead was restored by Ronaldinho’s Barcelona teammate, Patrick Kluivert. And the lead was further extended through a strike from a Brazilian legendary defender, Cafu.
But again, the team’s lead was reduced through an accurate strike from Lucas Moura. And just before the first-half was over, Real Madrid’s winger, Vinicius Junior chipped to make four goals for his side.
But the match would however be prematurely ended following a heavy downpour, and occasional pitch invasion by fans.
One of the climax of the match was when Jay-Jay Okocha dribbled past Colombian legendary goalkeeper Rene Higuita . And this came in a similar way he dribbled Oliver Khan during his time in the German Bundesliga.
And since after the encounter, it is widely speculated that Colombian fans are not happy about the dribble. Although is friendly game, the fans are taking it personal and serious.
