Former Super Eagles Captain, Vincent Enyeama reveal his willingness to serve the Super Eagles again years after his retirement; npflupdates.com reports.
Enyeama who earned a 101 caps for the three-time African champions drew the curtain on his international career in 2015 after allegedly falling out with them coach Sunday Oliseh.
Post retirment, the former Olympique Lille shot-stopper took up a coaching job in France’s lower division club.
According to a report by PM Nigeria, the 41-year-old ex footballer, expressed willingness to serve Nigeria again. But his services Al come when the authorities of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) needed his services.
What Enyeama said about a return to the Super Eagles
Per his statement, he is yet to be certified as a goalkeeper coach, but is ready the serve should the NFF walk the path of Real Madrid who handed Zinedine Zidane a role despite not being certified as a coach.
“Becoming a goalkeeper coach, first of all, I’m not yet certified. If they want me to be like Zidane, who was not yet certified, but Real Madrid had faith in him, it can happen.
“I don’t have a problem if they wake up tomorrow and say, Vincent, come and be part of the setup- I will gladly do it. I can never say no to my country, I have always said that.

“I can never say no to Nigeria. I will bring my experience over the years in Europe, and we will do it. But they have to call me first,” the CAF Champions League winner said.
Meanwhile, the Super Eagles is currently without a head coach following the exit of coach José Peseiro.
Peseiro drew the curtain on his Super Eagles career few days ago after his contract with NFF expired.
