Super Eagles’ striker Victor Osimhen will be smiling to the bank after he got rewarded with €130,000 (65,000,000 in Naira equivalent) by Napoli.
Osimhen in 2020 signed a lucrative deal to join Napoli from Ligue 1 club Lille. And a caveat in the deal will see him smile home with one €130,000. But that will only come if he scores 25 goals per-season at the club.
The Nigerian is currently on a contract that see him go home with five million Euros every season.
Osimhen gets €130,000 goal bonus:
Last weekend, the 24-year-old, scored a brace against Torino to help his side extend their lead on the Serie-A table.
The brace brought his total tally for SSC Napoli this season at 25 goals. Hence, triggering that incentive part of his deal that will see him earn €130,000.
The former Lille Olympique Sport Club forward is currently the Serie-A top scorer with 21 goals and in 23 appearnces.

He is on course to becoming the first African player to win the Italian highest goalscorer award.
Osimhen is the only African with the highest number of goals scored in a single season in the Italian top flight.
The youngster, is just one goal away from equaling George Weah’s record of most goals scored by any African player in the Italian league.
Osimhen is on course to leading Napoli to its first ever Scudetto title in more than three decades.

The goal-poacher will lead the Neapolitans attack when they face Serie A rivals, AC Milan at the quarter-final of the UEFA Champions League en route to the final.
Osimhen arrived Nigeria Tuesday morning ahead of the Super Eagles AFCON qualifier. He is expected to lead the attack when Nigeria will entertain their West African brothers.
The Super Eagles will welcome Guinea-Bissau on 24 March at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja for the first leg of the AFCON qualifier.
