The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has been asked to switch it’s attention to the recently sacked FC Bayern Munich manager, Julian Nagelsmann.
NPFLUpdates in-house analyst Mr Best, has advised the Nigeria Football governing body to recruit a good coach for the Super Eagles.
The suggestion is coming after the Super Eagles was stunned at the Moshood Abiola Stadium Abuja by Guinea-Bissau.
On Friday evening, in their first AFCON qualifier match against Guinea-Bissau, Nigeria suffered a shocking 1-0 defeat.
Esperance Sportive Troyes Aube Champagne forward, Mama Balde, broke the deadlock on the 29th minute. He ran in-between center-backs Kevin Akpoguma and Calvin Bassey to slot the ball past a charging Francis Uzoho.

And efforts by Nigeria to restore parity after the goal hit the rocks, as the Djurtus stood their ground to grab their first ever win against Nigeria.
Reacting to the poor performance of the team assembled by Jose Peseiro, Mr, Best advised the Ibrahim Gusau led administration to go for a world-class coach.
The seasoned analyst cried over how Peseiro can not utilize the red-hot Osimhen and other players to Nigeria’s advantage.
Analyst suggests Julian Nagelsmann to the NFF
“I was shocked to see the Super Eagles fall to the Djurtus of Guinea-Bissau. The first I’ve seen since I was born,” he said.
“Because, we have good players, regular players that play football almost on daily basis for their clubs, yet, we couldn’t scare the Djurtus.
“Football is one sport were anything is possible, but for Guinea-Bissau to beat Nigeria in Abuja is totally unacceptable.”
Speaking about the players, “the players we fielded especially in the midfield were clueless. No goal-scoring chances created. But these are boys that create chances for their clubs almost every week. Something is definitely wrong somewhere.”
“So, if this coach cannot give us what we want, now is the time to look elsewhere. Julian Nagelsmann is a big option, Nigeria should make him an offer he cannot reject. Because, I believe we can win matches with him on the sidelines.”
Nigeria wouldn’t pay him. They always want someone who they share salary with. It’s not a serious country.
