A super fan of the Super Eagles of Nigeria, Mr. Maxwell has decided to bless his followers with the sum of Twenty thousand Naira after he was successful in a business venture NPFLUpdates exclusively reports.
Businessman, Mr. Maxwell has given back to followers, and relations a little of what luck has given to him.
Last weekend, NPFLUpdates reported how a certain punter had cried urging the Super Eagles to win G’Bissau.
The punter, cried anything short of a win for Nigeria against Guinea-Bissau will see his dream of becoming a millionaire temporarily quashed.
On Monday evening, at the Estadio 24 de Setembro stadium in Bissau, the Super Eagles soared over their host through a goal by winger Moses Simon.
Simon, scored from the spot in the 30th minute to give the visitors the lead. This was after Fenerbache defender, Osayi-Bright was brought down in the box.
The win is Nigeria’s first after four consecutive losses. And the win has doused the pressure on Coach Jose Peseiro. Elsewhere, a Mr. Maxwell was made a millionaire.
What was said about blessing followers:
“I’m very happy I won the sum of two million Naira through a Super Eagles win against Guinea-Bissau yesterday,” he said Tuesday morning.
“Thought I’d not win the stake. I must say I’m very lucky from the onset. Stopped predicting some months ago after I lost one hundred thousand (100,000) Naira. But I didn’t know what motivated me to take this bold step.
“I combined a lot of games, the Nigeria Guinea-Bissau clash inclusive. But then, I was confident Nigeria will win the double-header. So, I was disappointed we lost at home.”
Speaking further, the recent millionaire said he escaped losing his money with the type of market he chose in the first fixture.
“For the first leg, I thought we’d win, so I chose either team to win and under four goals to be scored. Shockingly the Djurtus won. Just when many were charging for a draw, I was praying either of the team to win.

“When I spoke to you last week, I believed the advise of people will go a long way helping me. I activated the cash-out option, and won three million. I’d have won fifteen million, but I’m satisfied with what God has given me.”
“I’d like to give out this twenty thousand Naira to the followers who supported me. It’s nothing, but it can get to as many as possible for the upcoming Easter celebration.”
